These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (LearnwithSimrat.com) and all related products and services, including our unique colouring books, workbooks, curriculum books, workshops, and one-on-one consultations (collectively, the "Services").By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Learn with Simrat.
2. Platform Provider
Our website is built and hosted using the Flexifunnels platform. Your use of our website is therefore also subject to Flexifunnels' Terms of Use. 5. Payment and Billing
All transactions are subject to a 1% platform processing fee charged by Flexifunnels, in addition to any fees charged by our payment gateway provider. These fees are included in the total price at checkout. Please see our Refund Policy for details on the refundability of these fees.
We accept various forms of payment, as indicated at the point of sale. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made. You further agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included in or made available through our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Learn with Simrat or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account. Please note that if our subscription to the Flexifunnels platform lapses due to non-payment or other reasons, your access to our website may be terminated, and your data may be deleted after 14 days, as per Flexifunnels' policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Services or the information, content, or materials included therein.
In no event shall Learn with Simrat, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
