1. Overview
At Learn with Simrat, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality educational products and services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our various offerings, including physical products (colouring books, workbooks), digital products, workshops, and one-on-one consultations.This policy is in accordance with the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
2. Physical Products
This section applies to our physical products, such as colouring books, workbooks, and other curriculum books.
Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.To initiate a return, please contact us at care@learnwithsimrat.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds for Physical Products
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Workshops and Consultations
This section applies to our workshops for teachers and parents, and our one-on-one parent consultations.
Cancellation by You
• Workshops: You may cancel your registration for a workshop up to 7 days before the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop will not be eligible for a refund.
• Consultations: You may cancel or reschedule a one-on-one consultation up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.To cancel, please contact us at care@learnwithsimrat.com.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop or consultation due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer you the option of a full refund or rescheduling to a future date.
4. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been downloaded or accessed. All sales of digital products are final.
5. Processing Fees
All transactions processed through our website are subject to non-refundable processing fees, which include a 1% platform fee charged by our website provider (Flexifunnels) and additional fees charged by our payment gateway (typically 2-3% of the transaction value). In the event of an eligible refund, the total refund amount will be the original purchase price minus these non-refundable processing fees.
6. No Cancellation Charges
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we will not impose any cancellation charges on you for cancelling an order after confirming the purchase, unless we also bear similar charges.
